Quality control professionals ensure the quality of a company's products or services. Employees responsible for quality implement a company's quality policy and objectives through quality planning, quality control and quality assurance. Develop and implement policies and procedures for quality control review. Develop regulatory strategies and implementation plans for the preparation and submission of new products. Formulate or implement regulatory affairs policies and procedures to ensure that regulatory compliance is maintained or enhanced. Implement or monitor complaint processing systems to ensure effective and timely resolution of all complaint investigations. Participate in the development or implementation of clinical trial protocols. Represent organizations before domestic or international regulatory agencies on major policy matters or decisions regarding company products
